Therapy is a wonderful tool to have in any season of life available to you. We work in a Collaborative way to find the best fit for you. That may look like using classical systems techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Structural Therapy, or Narrative Therapy - or perhaps it is just having a nice chat over tea or coffee and we can share with you some tools that we have that may help you work through whatever it is you're going through. You are the driver of your own life and your own healing, we are simply the passengers helping with the directions and possibly the mechanics if the car breaks down along the way.
