I am committed to helping others define who they are. I believe that our past or life choices influence our behavior, but they do not define who we are. One of my missions is to assist clients to find meaning in their experiences and learn to develop a sense of peace that comes from making sense of our experiences. I strive to be direct and genuine with the space and time provided. I work with individuals over the age of 14 to improve their lives while working toward healing.

Carmen Jeffrey, LMSW
I am Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of Idaho. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Social Work from Lewis-Clark State College and a Master Degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University.
Carmen has substantial experience in mental health therapy. Methods of therapy follow a diverse model that vary dependent upon the individual’s needs, goals, and learning style. These approaches include, but not limited to Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

My mission is to help my clients identify and modify patterns and behaviors that have brought them into counseling and empower you on your path toward growth and healing. I believe that when you understand your past experiences and your unique self, you can live your life with a changed perspective and more fulfillment.
I work from a strength-based identity perspective, while also integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with individuals 12 and older. I will assist you in building a coping skills toolkit for future life challenges. My hope is that you come away from therapy with an expanded sense of confidence, authenticity, resilience, and courage.
During my free time, I am spending quality time with my family enjoying all that the PNW has to offer. I love finding new adventures, traveling, reading a good book, listening to Podcasts, and practicing Yoga.

Hey all!
My name is Jericha and I'm the office manager here at Dragonfly Support Services. I was born in Alaska and have called North ID home for over 15 years. I graduated in 2015 and have worked in mental health since 2016. I've been fortunate to work with phenomenal providers over the years and serve our community through a wide range of services, including outpatient psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, residential programs, and support for individuals on the spectrum and their families. My goal as office manager is to provide a welcoming environment and support our clients as they navigate their way through life's ups and downs. The world offers a wide variety of experiences for every individual and I'm dedicated to ensuring that our clients know that we are here to assist where we can.
Outside of the office, I can usually be found fishing or camping, spending time with family and friends, or cozied up at home with my cat and working on home projects.

My name is Jayden and I'm the Administrative Assistant here at Dragonfly. Although I'm new to the mental health field, I've found enjoyment in supporting our clients and expanding my knowledge. My personal experience and growth have led me to pursue a position as a Certified Recovery Coach and I look forward to assisting clients as they meet their goals. I strive to be an advocate for those who need support.
When I'm not at work, I spend time with my nephews and little sister, journal, read, and hang out with friends.
